For H-1B professionals and families of international students

A green card that does not depend on your employer.

EB-5 is a route to U.S. permanent residency that you file yourself. No employer sponsor, no lottery. You invest in a job-creating project and your own petition carries your family.

What changed this fall

Sponsorship is getting more expensive and less certain.

For Parents

Your child studies here. Their future can stay here.

Work authorization after graduation is becoming harder to count on. Families with a son or daughter at a U.S. university are looking at EB-5 as the route that does not wait on an employer.

An unmarried child under 21 is included in a parent's petition. An adult student can also be the investor, using funds given by family when the source is lawful and documented.

Process

Four steps to permanent residency.

  1. Private call

We review your status, timeline and questions in confidence. No obligation.

  2. Review and invest

You and your advisers review the offering documents. If you proceed, your capital goes into the project.

  3. File the petition

Your immigration attorney files Form I-526E. Investors already in the U.S. may be able to file to adjust status at the same time.

  4. Residency

On approval you receive conditional residency for two years. Form I-829 then removes the conditions.
